Once your subscription with the DAT Professor ends will we continue to charge your credit card?
A.
No. We don't posses your credit card information nor do we have the ability to make a purchase on your behalf. If you so desire, you can purchase additional access time but you will have to enter your payment details again.
Q.
Do I need to install any software on my computer to use the DAT Professor?
A.
No. The DAT Professor only requires and Internet Browser and connection to the Internet. You should not have to install any additional software on your computer.
Q.
If my access time to the DAT Professor runs out, do I have to purchase a new membership or can I just extend my subscription?
A.
You will never have to buy a new membership to the DAT Professor. If your subscription runs out, you only need to pay for the additional time at a very reasonable price.

I am a busy person. What happens if I start an exam and have to stop mid way through?
A.
The DAT Professor was designed to allow you to study when it is most convenient for you. Whenever you begin any set of questions, be it an exam or a random grouping, the DAT Professor remembers where you left off. If you leave a test prematurely, you can return by simply clicking on the "View and Finish Uncompleted Exams" link on your logged in home page.

How long does it take for my account to be activated after I register?

You can begin studying right after you have completed the purchase and registered.

Which Internet browsers was the DAT Professor designed to work with?

The DAT Professor will work with all current Internet browsers. This includes Firefox, Netscape, Opera, and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

What operating system was the DAT Professor designed to work with?

The DAT Professor will work with all current operating systems that support Internet browsers. This includes windows, macintosh, linux and various flavors of unix.

Do I need Cookies enabled on my browser for the DAT Professor to work?

Yes. Cookies allow the DAT Professor to distinguish you from others as your work on your studies.
